On Tuesday I was invited down to Jimmy’s in the Northern Quater for Selfridges Christmas Press Show. I can now tell you since the event I have been already feeling a-lot more Christmas-sy!

On arrival we were welcomed by Santa in his grotto! (You are never too old to see Santa right?) After getting a photo with Santa we made our way to the main event. Can I say Selfridges you never disappoint! The venue fitted the theme of ‘rock’ perfectly. If you haven’t visited Jimmy’s I totally recommend it for a cool vibe and good drinks.

There was a variety of sections for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and food. As expected I was over near fashion first. I’m so excited for the Christmas collections to launch. There is so much to choose from. My favourite fashion pick had to be the glittery Princeton Gucci slides.

Christmas is always a good time to stock up on your favourite beauty products. A great little gift idea is the Beauty Blender ‘sweet indulgence’ set for only £30. Beauty blender heaven! I mean that’s every girls dream right?

Chocolate is a necessity when it comes to Christmas. A personal favourite of mine is Lindt and when I saw the chocolate teddy bear you could say it was love at first sight. I mean how adorable is the little jumper on it.. I cannot deal with how cute it looks! You can also get it personalised I mean can it be any cuter?!! Another one of my favourite picks is the personalised Reese’s Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread – I love Reese’s so getting a personalised made my day!

They had live music downstairs and the band were great! Even Santa joined in and got his rock on. The entertainment was fabulous, I’m now ready for Christmas songs and Christmas inspired outfits.
