*Re-opening of Schuh Market Street, Manchester!

On the 25th of October I was invited down to Schuh on Market Street in Manchester – to check out their new refurbished store. If your a local to Manchester you know what the original Schuh was like they did have quite a broad range of shoes, if you thought that was good wait till you step into the store now.

On arrival, the store was popping with customers eager to shop their wide range of shoes. As soon as I walked in I knew this was going be my new spot to pick up my kicks from. There is such a great selection from trainers to boots, they have a section for kids and all the top brands from Timberland, Doc Martens to UGG.

Schuh also had legendary tattoo artist, Demon Dance providing free Dr. Martens customisation which looked insane. Not to mention their Doc Martens range itself, they have so many different pairs to choose from there is definitely something for everyone. As winter is kicking in there is no better time to purchase a pair of Docs!

Obviously I had to have a look at the trainers and see what would catch my eye. I’ve been wanting a pair of Puma style runners for the longest time, the colour-ways they have in-stock are insane. However, they are more of a summer shoe so SS20 catch your girl sporting a pair.

Another new release which caught my eye whilst I was there was the Air Force 1 Anthracite in black. I fell in love as soon as I laid my eyes on them! Sadly, they were out of my size 😦 My search didn’t stop there, because as soon as I spotted the black and white Nike Zoom 2Ks I had to try them on. When I tell you they are SO comfy, I’m not kidding it’s like they are a mattress for your feet. The decision was made, I wanted them so I got them – I cannot wait to style them.

New Lush store in Manchester Arndale VIP Event!

I’ve been super excited about this post for quite a while. On Thursday me and Hemisha took a trip down to Manchester to get a first look at the new lush store for the VIP event, which I was kindly invited too. I totally couldn’t turn this down; it was a must to attend!

Lush have opened a brand new store which is bigger and better than their previous one. It also has items which you can only get in that store, with other new products and releases.

The interior is probably my favourite feature, it’s so inviting not just by the scent but by the colour components of each sections of the store, starting from bath bombs to then make-up, skincare, hair care and so much more. Something that I don’t think many or any stores have is the green house this is where all the plants are stored and you can go in for a consultation which is tailored specifically for you and your needs. Within your consultation Lush staff can apply products you may want to try before purchasing making your shopping trip nothing but successful!

We got to go round to each station and get more of a look into what some products contain and the benefits of them on our skin. This was really helpful for u to get an insight to what would suite us and our skin. There were also bath bomb demonstrations like they do normally which is always so fascinating!

Another new aspect to this store is that they have a party section where you can book and have fun and games! This again is another exciting exclusive to this store! Throughout the night we were served the cutest Lush cookies as well as brownies and loads of other good stuff! (we were totally spoilt!) My favourite new items had to be the make-up as the lipsticks and eye-shadows which can also be used as highlighters are so glittery,pigmented and long lasting its unreal!! Another new aspect they’ve introduced is tying your purchases into a little bag with colourful printed scarfs they’re all so pretty!!

The store is now open and ready for you to shop till you drop, it’s located in the Manchester Arndale!

The Press Tent Event.

Hey dolls!!

As you may or may not know yesterday I attended my very first blogger event. This was at the Escalator in Manchester. I got invited by The Press Tent. Go check their website out if your a blogger or brand.

As I entered I felt quite nervous, as I was quite unsure how a blogger event flowed but once I started having a look around I felt more comfortable. I talked to many different brands as well as bloggers it was just so inspiring and lovely. I made many new blogger friends it was so amazing meeting you all! The atmosphere was like a little family. It has to be one of the best nights I’ve had.

All the brands were so unique and inspiring from clothing to jewellery it was fabulous!
